Security deposit
A refundable bond of $50 is payable on commencing a lease.
Discounts
5% discount for rental paid 6 months in advance or 10% for 12 months in advance. Discounts do not apply to units less than 12.5 cubic metres.
Truck hire
Provided free of charge with prepayment and occupancy 3 months in advance. Vehicle insurance $15 payable on all hires. Conditions apply, 4 hours and 50kms.
Trailers
Provided free of charge for all move-ins.
Trolleys
Hand trolleys provided free of charge.
Padlocks and packaging
Strong padlocks are available along with boxes, covers, tape etc.
MPI Transitional Facility
Containers can be delivered and devanned by an Accredited Person.
